I build AI systems workflows that run without me.
Team Lead Content & Digital Media at Engel & Völkers. Previously directing, cinematography, TUI Cruises. Today I build the automations others are still making decks about.
The short version
I lead Content & Digital Media at Engel & Völkers — serving over 1,000 franchise locations worldwide. My job: content that sells. Systems that scale.
I started as a filmmaker — running my own production company in my early 20s, then directing and shooting TV formats. At TUI Cruises I learned how to tell stories for millions. At Engel & Völkers, how to automate them.
Today I sit at the intersection of creativity and technology: I build AI workflows with n8n that run entire content pipelines autonomously — from research to writing, quality control, and publishing.
What sets me apart: I come from production, not consulting. I can see what a machine writes — and whether it's good enough.
From the set to the system
Not what I can do. What you get out of it.
AI workflows that ship on Friday
Got a content problem? I build the solution in n8n — multi-agent systems that research, write, review, and publish. Not in months. In days. My benchmark: when I'm on vacation, nothing should stop running.
Content strategy for global brands
I define content for 1,000+ locations — B2B for institutional investors, B2C for buyers and sellers, thought leadership for the C-suite. Including SEO/GEO, performance dashboards, and the KPIs your CFO wants to see.
AI training that actually sticks
When C-level executives build their first workflows on day one, it wasn't a lecture — it was a training. I make AI tangible: live on the system, with real use cases from the client's own business. No generic slides.
The eye behind the machine
Film, photography, directing — that was my first decade. Today that trained eye is my edge: AI produces output. Whether it becomes something that actually convinces people is decided by someone who understands storytelling.
Talk to my AI
Not an off-the-shelf chatbot. This agent knows my background, my projects, and how I work. Ask it something specific.
This is what a workflow looks like
From idea to published content — fully automated. This n8n workflow shows the pipeline that runs every Monday for the Group CEO. Hit start.
Four examples. Four results.
CEO LinkedIn: From zero to weekly
An n8n workflow that researches global real estate trends, writes in the Group CEO's voice, and sends the draft through 3 quality stages. Every Monday at 09:00, a post goes out — without anyone lifting a finger.
Permira: C-level builds on day one
One of Europe's largest PE investors asked me to teach AI to their portfolio brands. Dr. Martens, Evelyn Partners, K-way — all built their first workflow on the same day. They didn't watch. They built.
Blog: 4× frequency, same team
An AI-SEO pipeline (RSS → LLM → editing → Google Drive) that researches topics, produces articles in DE and EN, and stages them for approval. Result: from monthly to weekly — with the same team.
50 years of E&V: Campaign with an AI backbone
The 50th anniversary campaign for Engel & Völkers — the first where AI wasn't just a tool but part of the production itself. From automated briefings to finished assets across all channels.
Three things I believe
AI consulting without implementation is expensive talk. I deliver systems that run — not decks that collect dust.
The best workflow is the one you can forget about. If I built it right, you only notice the results.
AI doesn't replace good people. It gives good people back the week that got lost in bad processes.
Curious?
I don't do intro calls that feel like sales pitches. Write me what's on your mind — I'll tell you honestly if and how I can help.
